MMA Gyms NJ is an independent New Jersey combat-sports platform for gyms, fighters, events, Community organizations, Store products, training topics, and educational guides. It helps visitors discover businesses and athletes, browse available listing and event information, reach official Community resources, and review general informational content.

2. No Endorsement or Verification

Listings, fighter profiles, ratings, descriptions, business details, event details, photos, hours, contact information, training gear content, product references, blog posts, guides, external links, and other content on MMA Gyms NJ are provided for general informational purposes only. MMA Gyms NJ does not endorse, certify, approve, verify, manage, represent, or guarantee any gym, fighter, coach, instructor, owner, employee, manager, promoter, venue, program, service, product, manufacturer, retailer, ticket platform, or business listed or referenced on the website.

This general informational disclaimer does not apply to products expressly identified as official merchandise sold directly by MMA Gyms NJ. Direct merchandise orders are governed by these Terms, the applicable product page, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

While we may review certain submissions or update requests, MMA Gyms NJ does not guarantee that any listing, fighter profile, event page, Community link, blog post, guide, Store page, or informational content is complete, current, accurate, or error-free. Business, athlete, event, and product information may change at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying any information that is important to you before relying on it. This includes, but is not limited to, hours, class schedules, pricing, policies, waivers, instructor credentials, training conditions, event dates, ticket terms, venue details, equipment, services, product specifications, sizing, availability, and vendor terms. Users should contact businesses, event organizers, venues, manufacturers, retailers, or sellers directly before visiting, registering, purchasing, or participating in any activity.

5. Assumption of Risk

Martial arts, combat sports, strength training, sparring, fitness classes, and related activities involve inherent physical risks, including the risk of serious injury. By using this website, you understand and agree that any decision to visit, contact, evaluate, purchase from, attend, or train with any listed or referenced business, event, product, or service is made at your own discretion and risk. MMA Gyms NJ is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from participation in activities or transactions involving third parties.

8. Direct Merchandise Orders

MMA Gyms NJ is the customer-facing seller for merchandise expressly offered through its direct checkout. Prices, available variants, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before payment. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully confirmed. If a selected variant becomes unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible, we may reject or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected for it.

9. Made-to-order Products and Customer Selections

Direct apparel is produced after payment confirmation. Production may begin shortly after payment, so an order may not be cancellable or changeable once production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before submitting an order. Remedies for a product or variant supplied incorrectly are described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Product Appearance and Production Tolerances

Display settings, garment materials, print processes, embroidery, and made-to-order manufacturing can cause minor differences in color, texture, placement, stitch appearance, or measurement. Product pages identify applicable fit guidance and production tolerances. These tolerances do not excuse a materially damaged, incorrect, incomplete, crooked, or unreadable item, which may be reported under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Third-party Fulfillment, Shipping, and Preorders

MMA Gyms NJ uses third-party payment, production, fulfillment, email, and carrier services. Use of those providers does not eliminate rights or remedies customers have against MMA Gyms NJ under applicable law. Products may ship from different facilities in separate packages. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If an order cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the notice and cancellation or refund rights required by law.

12. Merchandise Returns and Refunds

Made-to-order products are not returnable solely for a customer-selected size or color mistake or change of mind after production begins. Damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled products remain eligible for review. 13. Update Requests, Submissions, and Edits

If you submit a gym, request an update, suggest an edit, upload content, submit event-related information, or otherwise provide information to MMA Gyms NJ, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is not knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful. We may review, reject, edit, remove, or decline submissions and update requests at our discretion.

14. Intellectual Property and Business Names

Business and athlete names, images, likenesses, logos, trademarks, service marks, product names, and other brand elements appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners or rights holders. Their appearance on MMA Gyms NJ is for identification, authorized publishing, or informational purposes and does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship, representation, or endorsement.

Merchandise expressly identified as an official athlete collection is offered under the applicable authorization. Purchasing an item transfers ownership of the physical item for personal use; it does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially use athlete names, images, artwork, logos, or other protected marks.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMA Gyms NJ and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or a merchandise order. For a direct merchandise claim, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
