Returns & Refunds

1. Problems we will make right

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery if:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The item has a manufacturing defect or material misprint.
• You received the wrong product, size, or color.
• The item materially differs from its published description, artwork, size chart, or stated production tolerances.

Include your public order reference and clear photographs of the item, garment label, problem area, and packaging when relevant. Do not send payment-card information. After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may be a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to the original payment method. Any choice of remedy required by applicable law will be honored.

2. Do not mail an item without instructions

Do not mail the item back unless MMA Gyms NJ instructs you to do so. Made-to-order production facilities may not be able to receive unapproved returns, and an unapproved shipment may not qualify for reimbursement.

3. Customer-selected size, color, or change of mind

Because each item is made specifically for the order, we do not offer returns or exchanges solely because the customer selected the wrong size or color, or changed their mind after production began. Review the numeric size chart and selected variant before placing the order. This limitation does not apply when the item is defective, materially outside the published size tolerance, or different from the ordered variant.

4. Cancellations and order changes

Contact us immediately if an order needs to change. We may be able to cancel or change it before production begins, but cannot guarantee a change after the order enters production.

5. Normal production variation

Minor differences inherent to made-to-order production are not necessarily defects. These can include:

• Slight differences between screen colors and printed fabric.
• Direct-to-garment or all-over-print placement variation up to the tolerance stated on the product page.
• Garment measurements within the tolerance published with the product size chart.
• Minor differences in embroidery stitch density, thread texture, backing, or digitization.

These tolerances do not excuse materially crooked, unreadable, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect work. Each claim is reviewed on its facts.

6. Refund timing and shipping charges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when the qualifying issue affects the entire shipment.

7. Preorders

Preorder products receive the same defect and fulfillment protections. Cancellation before production may be possible. Delay and cancellation rights in the Shipping Policy also apply.

8. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
