Merchandise Returns & Refunds
These terms apply to made-to-order official merchandise purchased directly through MMA Gyms NJ. Last updated July 31, 2026.
Review size before ordering
Each approved garment is produced for the order. Review the product description and size information before paying. A size-selection mistake or change of mind is not automatically eligible for return or exchange; contact support and we will review the order stage and available provider options.
Cancellation requests
Contact support immediately if an order needs to be canceled. Cancellation may be possible only before production begins. We cannot promise cancellation after the fulfillment provider has accepted or started the order.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, contains a production misprint, or does not match the ordered product. Include the public order reference and clear photographs of the item, label, packaging, and issue. The provider record will be reviewed before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved.
Return instructions
Do not mail an item to MMA Gyms NJ or the print provider without written instructions. An unapproved return may not reach the correct facility or be associated with the order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-issuer processing time is outside MMA Gyms NJ's control. Shipping charges are reviewed with the underlying order issue and are not automatically refundable in every case.
