There are no general visitor or fan accounts. Public browsing is open. Gym Owner/Staff accounts require reviewed claims before management access is granted. Fighter Partners receive curated, invite-only access. An account alone grants no gym or Fighter editing authority.

Approved Fighter Partners have an editorially maintained public profile with authorized information and media. Invited partners may manage approved biography, media, video, social, Shop and business-preference fields. Career facts remain platform-controlled; send corrections for review. There is no public Fighter registration, and access can be revoked.

The program is curated and invite-only. You may introduce yourself through /contact with official public profile links; an inquiry does not guarantee an invitation or management access.

Include the page URL, identify the material, explain the concern and provide relevant authorization evidence and a contact method. Do not send passwords.

Gym main photos and galleries and Fighter profile and gallery photos require confirmation that you own the media or have the applicable rights holder’s permission to publish it. Ownership remains with the rights holder; the Terms describe the limited platform license. Gym galleries allow up to eight photos and Fighter galleries up to 30. Captions are optional. Content may be reviewed or removed.

For external Shop destinations, the named merchant handles payment, fulfillment, shipping and refunds under its own policies. Security approval of a hostname does not endorse every offering there.
