Shipping Policy

1. Made-to-order production

Francis Marshall apparel and other direct MMA Gyms NJ merchandise are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Most products are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for embroidered products, all-over-print jerseys, high-volume periods, or a quality-control reprint. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Estimated US transit

After production, current estimated carrier transit is generally:

• Signature Tee, FM Performance Tee, and Heritage Patch Hat: 2–5 business days.
• Heritage Jersey — Red and Heritage Jersey — White: 5–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, carrier disruptions, holidays, and severe weather may require additional time. The estimate displayed at checkout controls if it differs from these general ranges.

Current direct MMA Gyms NJ and Francis Marshall merchandise applies one flat $5.95 shipping charge to each eligible US order. No free-shipping promotion applies. The exact shipping charge and any required tax are shown before payment.

3. Separate packages

Products may be made and shipped by different production facilities. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with a different carrier or tracking number. A separate shipment does not mean that another item is missing. All available shipping charges are displayed before payment; a multi-product order may include separate provider shipping charges.

4. Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation for each package when tracking becomes available. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement after a label is created.

5. Address changes

Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after production begins. Additional shipping charges may apply when an incorrect customer-provided address requires reshipment.

6. Delays and cancellation rights

If we cannot ship an item within the date or window promised at checkout, we will provide a revised estimate and, where required, give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item for a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

7. Missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery location, household members, and carrier notices. Contact us within 14 days of the recorded delivery date if it remains missing. For an order that has not arrived, contact us within seven days after the latest estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

8. Preorders and fight-week releases

A product is a preorder only when expressly labeled “Preorder.” Its product page and checkout will state the estimated ship window. Payment is charged when the preorder is placed. Preorder products may ship separately from other products. If the expected shipping window changes materially, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by law. An estimated fight-week or event date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

9. International delivery

Current direct MMA Gyms NJ and Francis Marshall merchandise ships only to eligible US addresses. If international delivery is introduced later, the product and checkout pages will identify eligible destinations, estimated transit, duties and taxes, and responsibility for import charges before orders are accepted.
