Merchandise Shipping Policy
This policy applies to official merchandise purchased directly through MMA Gyms NJ. Last updated July 31, 2026.
Made-to-order production
After Stripe confirms payment through a verified server notification, an eligible order is submitted to the approved print provider for made-to-order production. Production and shipping are separate stages. A checkout confirmation does not mean the item has shipped.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is charged separately from the product price. The exact charge for the selected product and quantity is displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment. MMA Gyms NJ does not advertise free shipping for this collection. Applicable taxes, when configured and required, are also shown separately.
Launch destination
The initial Francis Marshall merchandise checkout is limited to supported United States addresses. Checkout will reject an unsupported destination rather than accept an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Timing and tracking
Production and carrier timing can change. Any estimate shown by the fulfillment provider or carrier is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. When tracking becomes available and provider notifications are supported, it is sent using the contact information entered at checkout.
Address accuracy
Review the name, street address, unit number, city, state, and postal code before paying. Contact support promptly if an address is wrong. Once production or carrier processing begins, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Delivery problems
For a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, preserve the packaging and contact us with the order reference and clear photographs. Do not include payment-card information. Resolution depends on review of the order and fulfillment record. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
